Not bad deal - Not bad location - not bad at all From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have been here since October and have no real complaints except for the hot water problem that has just recently revealed itslef to me. I have a small pet and the garden is a great convenience to me (and I pick up my pooch's crap). The dinamics of the older group vs. the younger 20 somethings is interesting, but I can't complain. My neighbors are quiet - except the occasional salsa night downstairs at the tapas bar. My rate isn't that bad, considering just around the corner it is at least 200 more for a crappy floor plan with bleached wood trim. Yes, the parking garage is a hassle to get in and out of, and more expensive than most, but parking in Seattle sucks anyway.
