I've been here for a few months now and still like my apt. The bldg. has great amenities, though one of the treadmills in the gym is constantly on the brink and never seems to get fixed even when I brought it to maintenance's attention. The tenants all seem friendly enough. The mix of seniors with younger crowd bring a nice balance. The bldg. seems pretty quiet, I've yet to experience any noise problems. The only complaints I have are the staff in the leasing office and parking garage. The other day I was talking to the office manager and she literally walked away from me while I was in mid-sentence, sat down in her chair and started making phone calls. It was very strange and I couldn't believe how rude she was. They were sweet as can be when I was checking out the apt., then as soon as I signed on the dotted line you could literally see their demeanor change. They act totally put off when you try to talk to them about anything. It's true that once they have you locked into a lease they really don't give a damn about you or what you have to say. They act as though the residents are an inconvenience to them. The parking staff (which is operated by a separate company) are nice, but I think it's BS that you get penalized for signing up late in the month. The other problem is safety. It's pretty creepy in that garage in the evenings. I avoid it at all costs afterhours. Also, I've rec'd 3 parking tickets when I DID have my pass visible. Not to mention, the parking spaces are pretty tight. Surprised I don't have dings and scratches all over my car. So if you can you deal with rude office staff and unsafe parking garage it's a good place to live. Location is prime for restaurants, shopping, bars, and I love the convenience of the grocery mart located in the bldg.
