Seems ok after a month

I've only been at Wall Street Tower a month, but everything I want is here. The previous two reviews are quite negative, and maybe I need to be here longer to realize what they are talking about. However, I moved here from another Belltown apartment, and I find the cost per sq ft, which includes a view of the city, to be attractive, and the appliances, etc. are all new and updated. The other thing I noticed was the amount of closet space for a 1br - 3 1/2 closets. Try going without storage space and you'll know why this is important. The same unit in another complex would run much more. I have experienced no loud neighbors, and since I'm gone from 8am to 6pm, I must miss the construction hassels. Maybe I'm lucky' The amenities (fitness center, media room, terrace, computer room, laundry room) seem to be all well kept. There may be turnover in the leasing office, but while I was at my other complex, the same thing happened there. The employees currently staffed have been very attentive to my requests, the concierge knew my name after one meeting, and, overall, I think I will like it here. Knock on wood...
The only cons I've noticed are: poor location of outlets/cable hookups relative to my furniture layout, no w/d in units, and luke warm hot water. But I'll adapt.
