If you value your safety and health do not live here. This is the worst place I have ever lived and the Management is rude and uncaring. If you have a problem they will lie and tell you they will fix it and then you will never hear from them again. The manager is obnoxious and profane. Tennants are allowed to let their dogs run free in all areas of the building including the filthy laundry room. The apartmens are not properly weather sealed letting cold air and smoke from other apartments infiltrate your apartment. They also turn the radiant heater off every other day making the building extremely cold and raising the cost of your electric bill since you have to run the electric space heater 24/7 to stay warm. They also charge you very high water rates which they pocket themselves. Once they get you to sign a lease you are stuck and they will not ever fix a problem ever again. The security is non-existant and an elderly woman was murdered here and the owner had to pay a multi-million dollar settlement. This is a little known fact they tried to hide by changing the name of the building. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump.
