Great, especially for dog owners

I've lived here for about a year now. We moved here because of the rooftop garden... it's great to be able to take your dog there everyday and it's quite beautiful (and there're often a lot of dogs down there for yours to play with). My apartment has an AMAZING view of the sound and the Space Needle so I recommend that side if you can! From my research, rent is relatively cheaper than most downtown apartments. The apartments are really nice, with crown molding and an accent wall.
I've had no complaints. The management has been very helpful and friendly (Heidi always says hi :). I also had to make my way down the smoky hallways with my dog during the fire the other day (scary!) so hopefully they took care of that situation.
Very quiet... I've never heard any of my neighbors. Good neighborhood, tasty takeout nearby, convenience store downstairs VERY convenient :). There was a shooting at the gas station across the street 6 months ago, but that's downtown for you. Parking is expensive and it's sometimes hard to get a spot.
Anyway, I highly recommend this place! It's very nice, especially if you get a view, pretty decent rent, and great if you have a pet.
