A great place to live

I moved to Seattle in May for a new job, and wanted to find a decent place to live. I looked at apartment listings in all the usual places, and came across Wall Street Tower. During the building tour I immediately fell in love, and decided this was the place I wanted to live.
The building itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Apparently the building was bought by a new property management company (Simpson LLC) not too long ago, and they totally turned it around. Although the maintenance crew can sometimes be a little slow to respond, I haven't had any of the problems that people have ranted about on here previously; the dogs are well-controlled, the garden is always clean and well-maintained, and the current management is extremely responsive to tenant needs.
The building itself is also very well-designed in such a way that pretty much every unit (aside from the low-rent studio apartments on the lower floors) is a corner apartment, with a nice long hallway on each floor which gives plenty of opportunities for residents to run into each other, leading to a better sense of community. Other great community features include WiFi in the lobby, "business center," and club room, making for plenty of opportunities to socialize with other tenants, while the walls and floors are thick enough that if you're a total introvert like me, you can stay in your shell if you want.
It's unfortunate that when new management takes over a building, this site still maintains the poor rating due to the previous management. They sound like they were extremely horrible. Thankfully the current management has completely turned things around.
