I lived here for 4 months on a temporary assignment over the 2005-2006 Winter. The apartments are clean and spacious. Neighbors are all very courteous and management is very responsive. The gym is great and rarely full. The garden is gorgeous and well maintained.
Parking is expensive but that's to be expected downtown. Most spaces in the garage are difficult to get into and it seemed I was charged a different amount every month (plus or minus $10)
My main complaint was the splitting of the utilities. The building is billed singly and that bill is split evenly based on occupancy. Because of this, other residents didn't restrict their heating usage, etc. The cost in the winter months were at $90 per month and didn't include cable or electric!

Yes the heating bill is downright ridiculous. Most of the year I have my window cracked because it would be 80 degrees in here if closed. Inefficient and pointless.
