The price point, as compared to the local area, makes Wall Street Tower seem like a bargain. Of the following caveats beware: winter heating is expensive. The total bill is split evenly between all occupants so whether you have a 500 sq. ft. studio and rarely use the heat, or a 3 bedroom that is cranking it, or anywhere in between - you will get charged the same as everyone else. Because this pisses everyone off, no one regulates their usage. The heating is also ineffectual at best. I started renting in December of 2005 and certainly felt the pain. PROS: Piano in the lobby (I play, so this is great). Large outdoor garden. Ample street parking at night (safer and cheaper than the garage). Incredible views from many units. Easy access to Highway 99 and I-5.
CONS: Elevators often smell like dog urine. My clothes have been stolen from the laundry. The gym does not appear to be cleaned regularly, nor do the tanning facilities. Useless hours for the concierage (she is there 2-10pm Mon-Fri. Night staff are unhelpful, packages are often "lost".
