If you appreciate and love historic hotels and you want a great location to enjoy the benefits of a city life, you will enjoy living at the historic Archstone of Belltown. We had an incredible view of the city from our corner windows where we dined while watching the Monorail whiz below, and the Space Needle right in our backyard (you can walk right into the street on New Years and watch the fireworks).

The management team here took over about 5 months ago and they are professional, caring and excellent in their services. The maintenance team is professional, friendly, caring and responsive -- we never had to wait more than a day for a job to be completed.

They went beyond their normal duties for us and jump-started our car, fixed things for us when we needed an extra hand (or pair of legs) and more.

The building also has some handy stores (inside grocery store, flower shop, post office) that we depended on heavily.

We loved being downtown and Archstone was a great place to enjoy the arts, culture, and great (jazz music), restaurants, and more, all within walking distance.

We also really enjoyed the People of Belltown, those who worked and lived nearby but also those who lived at Archstone, people from all parts of the world.

So THANKS Archstone! We appreciate the home we had there!

Obviously this was written by one of the employees. Anyone who has lived there knows this place this a complete dump. You can get all of the benefits of the location from another building within a five block radius of Archstone Belltown for the same price (and built within the last several years).

Actually I am not an employee. My name is Tammy and my husband and I are software engineers. We lived there for 1.5 years. We loved our view and our neighborhood. The new staff is working hard to make this historic building even better than it was before they took over. We searched all over Belltown and this was the best value (and safety) for the money. Please do not be rude and undo my review of the facility and its fine people working hard every day to make a good home for all who live there.

Yeah, the review is obviously written by someone from Archstone. They are indeed nice and they try, but the building is still a dump, parking is horrible, and it's very bad value for the money.

As a person reading the reviews and hunting for apartments, I can clearly say this was written by an employee (or atleast endorsed by one). This unscrupulous behavior says a lot.
