If you go to the Archstone Belltown website the only contact information for residents is how to pay your rent. When this was Wall Street Towers there was a 24 hour number I could call for anything. The elevators have stopped working. The water has stopped working. Am I really paying over 1600 a month for the worst apartment building in the city... How sad. Do not get yourself into this situation. This is upsetting and disgusting and I feel bad for anyone who's lease isnt up this month. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

and the waste from other toilets run back up into your toilet. All plumbing is shared. The building splits the utilities with Ista and I've seen an increase over the last 7 months. Rent is entirely too high for studio and 1 bedrooms - keep looking. If you do move in - get a special because you are paying for this high rise and the overhead expenses.
