i've been in the building for 24 years, through all it's iterations and owners. We currently have the most responsive, pleasant management we've ever had.
The population has shifted from older to young professionals and students, and occasionally young families. It is my neighborhood in Belltown. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

"Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008" and "i've been in the building for 24 years". It'd take a vastly challenged person to to call this place "nice". It's a horrible dump, i'm so glad i moved out a couple months ago... I still have a friend living in this complex, I visit her sometimes, and the place is just getting worse and worse. Hey! They put up a HUGE plasma display at the entrance. It's a really great way to invest the money when at least 50% of your laundry machines don't work, and there are bums sleeping in the laundry room... Really great management!
