This is a great place to live! Sure it has it's issues, but what place doesn't. I've owned homes with more issues and I had to deal with the hassle of the repairs on my own. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. This is a big building and a lot to handle, but they do an amazing job of addressing issues as promptly as possible. I'm amazed to see how many of the residents they know by name.

Some people in this building have unrealistic expectations! Nothing's perfect, including this apartment building. Personally I would rather have the imperfections with kind, friendly service, than the other option.

If you are looking for a place to live that is run with integrity, this is your place! If you are looking for perfection, well, good luck to you. If you live here already, be thankful the staff cares at all. I've lived places where the staff is just watching the clock until it's time to go home.
