I have lived at Wall St Tower for six months and I think it's a great place to live. The first two reviews are overly exaggerative. There are a great variety of tenants ranging from Art Institute students to common Belltowners and yes -mature adults from Grovesnor. The grocery store on 5th is a big bonus along with the huge garden terrace w/ BBQ's, movie theater, gym, laundry facility with foosball*, free tanning, and great location. I Seldom I have luke warm water and not often there is construction in the building. If you don't like noise don't move to Belltown (not just Wall St Tower). I received my first two months rent free and an additional $500 was taken off for October because I referred a friend who moved in the building. If you consider yourself to be "high maintenance" buy a condo and ----- to you HOA, but if you're a regular person who wants to save some cash renting at Wall St Tower is all good.
