I'm surprised more reviews haven't talked about the pounding techno music at 3am on a Wednesday. It's sporadic but almost always at a time when I would be asleep, wake up because of the music, and then lay there for 2 hours because it doesn't stop. If you move here expect it to be like a very bad college dorm but with nobody walking around telling loud people to be quiet. Also the water is sometimes brown and has little pressure often. My lease is almost up but when they sent me the letter to renew (which I am obviously not doing) they sent me the same price list as when I moved in, yet when I go on their website they are offering better studios (higher up too) for $150 less than what I am paying. I've rented a lot of apartments and am not impressed with this one. The location is the only great thing about this place.
