Under the reosnable accomadtions act the grabbars in my bathroom had to be paid for and it took me 6 months to get them even tho they are offered free by aging and disibality #.This is not a caring and safe inviorment for seniors....people have been found dead in their apts 4. They Inspect your units any time they feel like it %. Do not plan on getting your security depoist back as they ALWAYS deem your apt dirty %. At your yearly review they ask for more papaerwork ...
