These apartments are marketed as upscale and they are NOT! The manager is truly the most nosiest busy body I have ever come across. Traffic noise from Greenwood Ave is horrendous, bird droppings on all decks/patios, and hallways that either reek of food or nasty smelling air fresheners. There is no guest parking inside and tenants who don't pay for parking take all the street parking. Awful. Don't rent here!

I agree. I lived here for 3 years. The traffic noise is terrible. There's a fire hall around the corner that gets a lot of action 24/7. Also, Diane, the manager likes to raise the rent beyond rental law allows.
