Cozy apartments, close to everything

It is easy to get around the city from here on foot or bus, but parking in the area is expensive if you have a car. The place is very quiet, but I didnt live over Vito's side of the building. Staff seemed to personally care about you...and the owner pays the utilities! The apartment was small and cozy. When at home, i felt safe.
