The location is great...right in the middle of everything. The rent is cheap, and the utilities are included. HOWEVER, you definitely get what you pay for. Small units, filthy carpets, roaches, flies, clogged drains, constant police sirens, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night...I could go on. If you rent here, get rid of your car, don't make eye contact with your neighbors, and NEVER leave your laundry unattended! Be on alert. Do not walk alone in the neighborhood.
