The majority of the people who live in this building are filthy and discusting! Each time you go into the elevator there is a new unpleasent smell. There are a ton of assisted living people and people with very serious mental issues. I have several times had someone try to open my door(thank god it was locked)I have also had random people knock on my door at various times, even at 2am! Im sure there is some sort of drug business going on, just very shady neighbors. I have also noticed bugs lately...not sure what they are but its nasty! People never pick up after there dogs in the court yard either. There was recently PUKE all over in the stairway and it finally got cleaned up after about a week. Once there was a pile of Puke right outside the elevator and it stayed there at least 5 days all dried up and nasty! Oh and the hallways are always stinky, like poop and urine! The apartment itself is cute and cozy. and the rent is reasonable with utilities included.

This place is a hole. Do NOT live here if you don't have to. Keep searching. I actually decided against moving into this place upon seeing what a -------- it was and only did so when crunch time came. Smokers, as we know, lower the quality of any building that they congregate in. This place has a horde of them. Too many assisted-living types with mental problems and lack of impulse control, too many ghetto-minded types, too many people on Section 8 whose only responsibility is to go to the mailbox every month. There are shitheads in and around the building. Most of the drama is confined to the upper floors, so if you are unfortunate or stupid enough to move here, try and move in on the first floor. A few more balanced types live there. This is no place to live if you're a respectable person. Too many bug problems, of the six-legged as well as two-legged variety. Save yourself the stress. Move into a house with roommates, or just buy a place. |
