Consider your deposit gone! From: rentingLQA Date posted: 12/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Loved the actual unit and bldg.. but took a bath when they held all of my deposits (regular deposit, cleaning fee's, and pet fees) at the end..over $500. The mgmt is super sweet on the utside but predatory within. Car was broken into and the mgr(who lived next door) was way too tuff on her young girl.
