What a nightmare! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The Athena is undergoing a condo conversion and the new landlord is a total -------. Someone tried to beat up the landlord last week - that's how much tenants hate him. Tenants are moving out as quickly as they can. There is no security in this building - front gates are left open for buyers to wander around the building unescorted and the underground garage door is always open for workmen to move stuff in and out of the building. The amenities are not for the residents's use - it's just for show. Walls are so thin you can hear the person below you snoring. If you have a noise complaint don't bother calling the management as they'll just tell you to call 9-1-1. All the west facing condos are so hot in the summer it's like being in the Sahara.
