These owners are quite inept and have the temper of 3 year olds. Also, they have the scruples of human-traffickers. If this is the kind of people you'd like to deal with, by all means, you get to live there at a premium price. The positive comments below were likely from the owners pretending to be past/present residents or from people trying to rent their misguided investment - I almost forgot to mention the knocking pipes. Unfortunately, there'll be some who will be lulled into this hellacious abode but I post this message to help steer others in another direction.

My misguided investment is up 20% in a year. The Gamels are terrible developers to be sure, but I'd consider not renting if you don't like terrible landlords.
