Satisfied Customer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have been living here for a while and find the apartment to be just fine. While there are some problems, I have to say that the ones mentioned thus far are far exagerated. The noise mainly comes from other people who go through the McDonalds across the street. There are many friendly people who live in the apartment and it is very easy to develop friendships and mutual respect for each others space. The only problem worth emphasizing is the cat problem. Although the problem is being handled, I moved in to see more than 20 cats walking around, and now I can still find around 5. They just tend to be a nuisance and I would like to see them taken away. All my maintenance problems were taken care of promptly. There is also plenty of parking. You could have plenty of friends over and not come close to filling the parking lot. At any given time, the parking lot, even at full capacity of people parking is never more than 2/3rd's full.
