location location location! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Very polite and friendly staff. All ages community. Plenty of parking on the street for your friends. Very secure. Close to Transit. If you get a chance at one of the apts w/a patio they cant be beat (huge); great for social gatherings. Overall the residents are friendly, but there are always a few exceptions (i.e. jealous neighbors on the upper levels). Already renewed my lease, w/ minor $$ increase. Love this place! Correction to prior comment: early 2001 there was a stabbing, not a shooting, and it was a domestic dispute inside a residents apt. not in the stairwell. I did the research.
