We relocated to Seattle and were recommded this community but a recruiter. The location is phenomenal--we walk everywhere! The market is not far, and the hip, happening parts of Belltown are definitely within walking distance. The upper floors also have great views of the bay and the Olympics! The gym is convenient, too. I love the elliptical trainers!
The building also won some efficiency and quality of construction award and you can tell that its build well.
The only bad thing about living here is the traffic noise along Western avenue. It sometimes keeps us awake at night. You can also hear the train whistles as they go along the tracks at Myrtle Edwars park. Its not the apartment communities fault but it is not a quiet location.
But the location is SOOOO convenient!
Anyhow, a drawback to the place is the cost. Rents are high (we were told that market value on some is well over 2100 a month). Also, everything is an add-on or extra charge. You pay $100 per car per month for parking, pets are extra (deposit and per month) and storage rooms are also additional $$.
In our opinion if you can afford it, its a great place to live (if you can stand the traffic noise).
Big, humungus KUDOS to Jackie, Cindy, and Scott who work there! They are always friendly and attentive! They make you feel valued, too!
We're moving out within the next month and we will definitely miss them!
