Lived here for a year and a half. When we first moved in, we really enjoyed it. Management changed and then everything sucked. My car got broken into (keep in mind this is a "secured" garage) and my radio and a computer were stolen. My good neighbors were all leaving because of the absurd raise in rent when it was time to renew and I got a whole bunch of weird crazy neighbors. One afternoon, I was going to the trash chute to throw out some trash and there was a guy passed out in the hallway with a shirt and his underwear on. HELLO!! HE WAS PASSED OUT DRUNK! (they were later evicted.) Paperwork seems to disappear and is not properly filed making it difficult to obtain information you might need in the future. And after all is said and done, I still had to shell out some money, which I have never had to do with other apartments. The only good thing in all honesty is the location, which is great if you work in Seattle. Also, if you have a dog since its so close to the pier for daily walks. Otherwise, rent has skyrocketed, management is just OK, although the maintainance team is good. Take a look somewhere else, unless your company is reimbursing your cost for rent. Bottom Line: If you want to be safe and happy, keep looking.
