Avalon Belltown

A Wonderful Experience! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was recently relocated to Seattle from the Denver area. Reluctant to move to such an expensive city, I was happily surprised at the reasonable prices for such a nice place. Granted, I had to get a roommate to afford living downtown, but the location is near a great bar-scene and nightlife. It is a couple blocks away from the Space Needle and Elliot Bay. The staff is extremely courteous and knowlegable as well. The people that work in the leasing office, Allie and Terri, are part of the reason I chose to live here. I am a firm believer in customer service and this place has that mastered. My previous residences acted nice in the beginning but after the lease was signed treated the residents like more of a burden than anything else. At Avalon Belltown, they know all the residents' names and are not hesitant to offer a friendly, "Hello." The apartments are pretty contemporary and the views are AWESOME. The kitchen is open and I love the breakfast bar. If anyone is looking for a great place to live in the Belltown area, I recommend this place!! (I already have had two friends move in here.)
