Was a long term tenant, cheaply built and noise is always a problem.Property was built on a terrible road where major traffic accidents right in front of the building, several with fatalities have occured in just the past year, so street parking is at your own risk. The property is grossly expensive for what you get. In my entire time pest control never sprayed my apt.Their have been multiple property and car thefts in both secured parking garages. The security cameras in the parking decks dont even function, they are dummy cameras set up to give a secured impression.Lastly, the property management is without a doubt the worst slumlord I have ever encountered. Horrible in every sense, I cant express enough to someone considering this property how terrible the owner and property manager are and how horribly they treat every tenant they have. I dont know of one happy tenant that has lived in this property. The tenant that wrote "so nice Ive there twice" is now being sued for mold damage that they didnt even cause. Please dont make the mistake of living in this property.

I'm considering moving in Avalvon & Park Vista apartments in a few months. Most of the negative comments I have read are old. Has things changed at the apartment complex? Is it affordable? Please be honest and sincere with me. I do not want to move there if I am going to be unhappy.
