Noisy, but nice room layout

I miss our old apartment manager. He was the best...but quit. Sounds like the Owner is an ass. The street noise from ambulances, police cars, yelling random people, and trucks is horrible. Can't open the balcony door without having to turn your TV up.
You can hear your neighbors above you walking around...can also hear them talking loud. I have to wear earplugs.
What keeps me here is the great room layout, the modern appliances. Comes with a washer and dryer in each unit (at least mine does) and a refrigerator. The parking is tight. I have a luxury car, and I have to do a 5 point turn sometimes just to squeeze into the small space.
Taking your garbage outside to the trash compactor can be a bit scary. It's dark, and often you may see random people walking around in the area. Not safe.
If you're a runner, don't run down Avalon alone when it gets dark as there are a good number of shady looking characters walking around at random.
