Great Apartment, Personal Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   A modern, efficient, and excellently appointed apartment in a good neighborhood. I dont know what problem the person with the bad review had, maybe he or she left on not good terms with the management. The manager is competent, available, and caring. My rent was raised only 3% in 2000 and there was no increase this year. Inspite of what the disgruntled tenant in the 8-24-01 post, over half of the original tenants have stayed from the beginning. I had to move because I bought a house. Parking is a little tight, but well lit and cheap ($25 a month). Rents are a little on the high side, but the building is new and secure.
