Quality apartments!

I have lived in the Avalon Park Vista apartments for just about two years now and am extremely pleased with the quality of this building.
I have a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a study which works wonderfully as an office for me.
My unit has wonderful light and a beautiful view of the city skyline. I can walk down to Alki beach and I can walk to the West Seattle junction instead of driving if I choose.
I really love the fact that I am aproximately 15 minutes from the downtown area by bus. I don't have to drive to work if I don't want to deal with the traffic.
I am amazed by the negative review that I just read. I have to disagree with the writer's complaints of Management. I have always found the Manager available and more importantly responsive to any concerns I have had. If I do receive his voice-mail, he has always been quick to respond to my messages.
Yes he does work another full time job, but how many other Americans in this day and age have to by necessity, and, not being a trust fund baby, must do the same'
The writer of the negative review overlooked the fact that this Manager is always available in the evenings during the week and is on site all weekend.
I also want to state that as a single woman that I always feel very safe in the parking garage.
In conclusion it sounds to me like this former and unrealistic tenant had a major chip on their shoulder and needs to move back in with Mummy and Daddy.
