Nice experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Clearly there are some people who didnt have a good experience - but Im sure theres more to the story than what is being said. Anyhow, I had a fairly nice experience living here. With the exception of a noisy neighbor - I loved the fact that I had a view of Downtown Seattle from my window, a washer and dryer in my unit and a large kitchen and bathroom. The great thing is that there's a lot of privacy... I just moved to Colorado. But had I stayed in Seattle, I would have definitely stayed in this building. Check it out in person - it's a nice place.
