DO NOT RENT HERE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! From: lumberjack07@msn.com Date posted: 8/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We moved in January '03, and left July '04, the layout of the apartment itself was nice, great kitchen, spacious bathroom. Great view. No problems with the current manager until we moved out. We were charged $100 for cleaning even though we left it in great shape, the manager told us he had to get a cleaning person to come in, which was a lie!!!!!!! The only thing left unclean was ONE cupboard. We were charged for a broken fridge shelf that was broken when we got there, it is just one huge mess!!!!!!!!! The on site cameras are FAKE, two people had their cars stolen, someone tried ours. The walls are paper thin!!!!! In the summer the apartments get so hot, on even the hottest day it is cooler outside. You will not sleep well there!!! There is no air circulation, no air conditioning. The garage door was constintly not working. Everyone warned us when we moved in that the owner will try and screw you over, he has sued MANY!!! The best thing is they charge you $45 for the rent application and a $100 non refundable move in fee that they make sound like the deposit to clean carpets. But, there is an additional $55 fee for carpets and $35 fee for servicing the washer and dryer. (there was nothing that needed to be done to the W/D, it was new.) All they care about is getting all your money, watch out they will find a way!!!!! Just save yourself a lot of work, sleepless hot nights, and hassel find somewhere else.
