Don't even THINK about renting here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The apartment: Noisy, sirens all the time because it is on a major route from the fire department. High prowl area - cars not safe on the street - assuming you can find parking within 4 blocks. The management: HORRIBLE! Unethical and immoral in their treatment of the tenants. They will take your money and keep it; You are the one who has to prove in court that you are entitled to get your deposits back. The owner is a person who loves to go to court. He seems to see it as another full-time source of income. He makes the tenant do all of the work in order to get their money back, betting on the fact that most people will not have the energy or the knowledge to deal with it. So he wins. The one good manager they had quit in disgust, and it has been downhill ever since. Stay away from this litigious landlord!!!
