Our apartment was ok, except we were located directly above the dog run and therefore subjected to loud voices, barking dogs, and nasty smokers on a daily basis. The building was fairly quiet otherwise.
Beware if you are sensitive to heat. This building has absolutely the worst ventilation and it becomes unbearable in the summer. Some of the bedrooms don't even have windows that open to the outside; they actually open into a hallway.
Parking was expensive, but worth it because street parking is hard to find on this block. There were multiple break-ins to the garages. The security cameras and sirens are fake. There were frequent problems with the garage door opener. There is no handle on the door to the lower parking garage; a pain.
We had a couple of incidents with water damage. The worst was when the upstairs tenant's washer hose broke. The landlord never fixed the damage to our apartment.
There are a ton of stories floating around about the horrible way deposits have been handled. We can vouch for this because of the experience of a friend who lived in the building, otherwise we're going to keep our fingers crossed.

We did receive all of our deposit back, minus a reasonable agreed-upon amount for damage caused by our cats.
