Fabulous Management, Wonderful Place to Call HOME From: Alison3233 Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I moved here Summer 2005 and the then manager (Mike) was replaced by ----. I feel very fortunate to have such open communication with a landlord. He is very hard-working, always available by phone and extremely diligent about the needs of his residents. I think that back in the day, one resident must have had an issue with their deposit and continues to write these derogatory reviews in an effort to get you not to move here. It would be your loss because these reviews are totally inaccurate and frankly, they just do not add up. The building is quiet, it is convenient in terms of commuting anywhere (one bus stop from 1st and Columbia), is a safe and clean community, is well-maintained and the people are really nice. Utilities are reasonable and it's even a certified Green building! I looked at so many places while searching for an apartment in the South Seattle area and I knew the second I walked in this place that it was going to be the one. It's NICE.
