Horrible experience...never again.

First of all, I am not sure who wrote the last two comments but is sure sounds like it is not ANYONE that actually lived in this building or that I have meet while living in this building, maybe it s the management company trying to make themselves look better by posting fake comments that seem to describe this building almost to perfectly. And I am almost certain that one person did not write all those comments about the security deposit because unlike the owner we do have better things to do then continue to write fake comments to make him look bad, when he does that perfectly fine on his own.
Secondly, the building is actually nice, newer building with nice sized units, never once had a complaint about the unit. However it does not make up for the fact that the owner is a complete jerk, instead of having resident managers run his complex for him (just my opinion but most likely because no one in the right mind would ever work for him) he manages it for himself, and as a result as you can see does not seem to be doing so well. He is prejudice against certain people of national race or origin and seems to have no shame In showing it, and is a horrible landlord. The only reason and i rating it will all one's is beacuse i cannot stress enough how horrible my experience was. I could not encourage you more to not live here and I am actually one of the few who apparently DID get my deposit back and regardless I would NEVER rent here again!
