Avanti Apartments

Horrible, absolutely horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   We've been lied to just about everytime we've had an issue with management. The lastest problem now is the Avanti is ripping us off of our first month of free rent. Our lease was supposed to begin with a month of free rent only to find out now that we "forfeited the free rent to hold the apartment." We were told that it would count under our lease and now they are changing their story and lying to us. Basically, what it comes down to without all the details is they stole a month of rent from us. Please to not move here, dealing with management and overpriced apartments is just not worth it. I'm telling you, people are moving out of here in droves. Save your money, go elsewhere!
