Don't Move In There From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The place is definitely over rated, and over-priced. Management is unfair most of the time. Rules after the fact. It's stupid how someone can change the contract. I was promised a lot and got stuck with high rent, and having to give notice after the lease is up. Too small, not enough air. Windows are very dangerous, nothing covers them, you can fall out or get lots of bugs. Find a better place to live, Avanti is a beautiful building on the outside, but deceiving on the inside and over priced. $1350 for a 1 br & loft.
