The manager, Tamantha, is ruthless. She isn't very intelligent but will try her hardest to take advantage of you. She is fake nice at first but if there is ever a problem her real self comes out.
Parking is a nightmare. Tamantha lied to me by telling us there were security camaras on every floor. After my car was broke into for a 3rd time I asked to see the camaras. She then told me that she "had thought there were camaras but maybe she was wrong"!!!
They will try and take you for your entire security deposit when you leave. I was charged $650 dollars to replace a carpet that once I cleaned it myself with a carpet cleaner it was like brand new. The problem was she entered my apartment (without my permission) before I was done cleaning.

She did the *exact* same thing to my husband and I. Our car got broken into 2xs. She watches all her "children" like a hawk there. She tried to come into my apartment when I was sleeping b/c she thought I was out.
