too small, hot, no air, noisy, bad parking, too $ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   These apartments look real impressive from the outside but the building inside is just an old, hot, refurbished hotel. apartments are small. kitchen too small to cook in. noise from traffic is horrible and sirens every 3 or 4 minutes. no screens on windows. babies or small children can fall. we got 4 or 5 dents on car trying to get in and out of small parking garage and space. on the good side: pool is ok and jacuzzi is nice. good location for walking everywhere. managers are fairly nice and helpful, (most of the time). Rent is too high. $1100/mo for about 600 sq foot 1 bed. not much bigger than a hotel.
