I have been living here for about 4 months and although I enjoy the location and the apartment, it really isn't all that its cracked up to be.
The management is quite spacy and many times I look at tamantha, the main building manager, and wonder what is going on in her head. She has her name on all the documentation and all the 'letters to tenants', yet when I try to settle anything through her she refers me to the other manager because she doesn't know how to settle it. Connie, the other, is much better and quite nice but I still have had a few experiences with her that left me scratching my head
They do not really seem to care about you once you move in, only up to the point to sign the lease.
The recycling facilities are inadequate for the building and I see many many things go into the trash that should be going to recycling.
The hot water takes literally up to 5 minutes before it comes out of the faucet. A huge waste of water!!!!
When we moved in it only seemed as if the carpets had simply been vaccumed and stains began to appear only a week after move in (that I know were not from us) The tub/shower was sufficient upon move in but I soon realized it is impossible that things had been really cleaned.
Parking is ok however most of the spots are very small and it does not seem as if there is any thought into the placement of cars based on their size. It really causes a problem as people are parking in places that aren't really spots and it doesn't seem as if anyone is monitoring the garage.

Remember this place was built in the early 90s before SUVs and parking space were getting smaller. Ive never had a problem with hot water and the management never seems spacey to me. The recycling might be better if the nimrods here would crush thier boxes as requested. And in case you havent noticed they have increased the garbage and recycling pick up.
