Avanti Apartments

Sold our home and moved to the Avanti From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My wife and I recently sold our large home of 23 years and decided it was time for a life style change. After viewing many apartment buildings throughout the city, we decided on the Avanti. The building is very attractive and perfectly maintained. Of course we were forced to scale down when we sold our home, but feel our two bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoy the amenities and think the location is ideal. One of the main reasons we chose the Avanti was because of Tamantha. She was able to find out what are needs were and really help us with our "change in lifestyle". She has been at the Avanti for many years (that alone speaks for itself) and is extremely knowledgable about the downtown area, what's happening in the city and her industry. We are having the time of our life living in the city and at the Avanti. Everything is in walking distance and we strongly recommend making this your new home!
