First off, I never even moved into these apartments and very happy that I didn't. The two women with no lifes(Connie and Tamantha) are completely incompetent. They can't even remember the who's renting what apartment or who they've called. Second, they don't tell you about the little paragraph at the bottom of the application and I quote " I hereby waive all rights to the return of the said holding fee and said fee shall be retained as liquidated damages in the event I do not choose to enter into the agreement applied herein." This sentence is completely understandable. But if you don't sign the application that would be stating that you do not agree to these terms. The applications were ran anyway. There was no lease signed. They continuely keep telling me that they can not give me the holding fee. WRONG ANSWER!!
So watch what they say to you and make sure they give you all the information. They need to be fired. Oh yeah and one more thing, since I know they read these comments, I heard the entire conversation Connie was having on the phone as she thought she put me on hold. Extremely rude. Why would you talk to a tenant like that. Unbelieveable. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

So wait...you aren't a resident at all, have never once lived in these apartments, yet you reviewed it as if you were one? And you reviewed it bad because you didn't realize that the non-refundable part of the deposit was non-refundable, though you state that it was clear and understandable on the legal document you signed?
