Connie and Tamantha are just awesome! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've read the reviews here and I thought I'd post a review myself! I've lived at the Avanti for about a year and a half and Connie and Tamantha have been nothing but wonderful to me! I went through a phase last year where I was ill and both of these ladies offered to help me with my dog, how many other apartment managers are going to do that' Each time I've needed anything they have stepped up and helped out to the best of their ability. The grounds and facilities are always kept immaculate, Tamantha is really good about that, they always advise the residents when a project is going on so that you have ample time to plan - they just did a killer job on the parking garage, its clean clean! They arent able to wave a magic wand and make everything perfect all of the time, but they care enough to try. Give these ladies a call if you are looking for a quiet, clean, safe place to live in the downtown area with your animals. They appreciate your business and will treat you like a person.
