Well, the resident skipped without paying her rent or utility bills!! Apparently the collection agency has caught up with her. Very unfair comments; especially when we had such a good rapport before she made the poor life decisions; like not paying her rent and moving in the middle of the night..

“What a Joke”… titled appropriately I think.
I don’t live in Avanti, never have, and I can guarantee that I never will.
Anyone reading these reviews should really consider the fact that the management of this complex is openly combating tenant’s reviews, with petty, snide comments.
Call me crazy- but that was a BAD move for them, I like many people loose respect for someone that can not hold their tongue when they should. I believe they were also called idiots… aptly named as well, I think.
Any business person knows that without customers you have no business, and a reputation of staff that is rude and will argue with customers over petty issues online is not going to be very successful. Whoever hired these two children should really reconsider their decision unless they want to lower the rent to offset the inconvenience of having their building managed by inept buffoons.
Apartments can and will be found elsewhere with better staff.
Sidenote: why are they attacking her personally? can they not address the issues she was complaining about?? of course not: they were real issues that were not taken care of.
