I have yet to meet anyone in this building who plans on renewing their lease. Management is not in the office during the posted office hours, and it seems they do not answer the phone - you have to leave a message, and they may just get back to you (or not). Despite telling me upon move-in that they will always put parcels in my apartment if I so choose, they never have - not once - and I have to take time off work to get to them on THEIR schedule. That is despite the fact that they are supposed to be there both Saturday and Sunday, and weekdays until 6pm. I agree with the last poster - they misrepresent the building and apartments and will say anything and everything you want to hear to get you to sign a lease. Don't. You will be very unhappy. I have only a couple of months left before I can leave this over-priced, understaffed mess, and I cannot wait.

I lived there for 2 years and NEVER had a problem. Why don't you just leave a voicemail when you anticipate a package and say "Hey - I should be getting a package in a few days, can you please put it in my apartment?"
Typical Seattle! Passive aggressive Schmucks!
