What more could you ask for'
If you want a "perfect" place go and BUY one. If you are like the rest of us and hav to live in an apartment you will have to deal with unpleasant stuff from time to time - its the nature of the beast.
After living there for right at 2 years I can tell you that I really enjoyed living there. Connie and Tamantha were nice - Connie was nicer though - and now Tamantha is GONE! (Did ANYONE like the Amazonian plastic woman'')
I never, ever had problems that were not resolved quickly. The customer service I received while living on the 6th floor was much appreciated. Stop with all the passive aggressive BS or move out! There are lots of people looking to rent, the Avanti wouldn't be at 100% occupancy if they were shady!
My new apartment managers' Take roughly 3 weeks to fix ANYTHING - even a leaking toilet that could potentially damage their new flooring.
