Avanti Apartments

The Avanti has everything you want! From: tedbaz Date posted: 1/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I love living at The Avanti. When I first toured the Avanti back in 2006, I was won over by the building's amenities. There's an outdoor pool, an indoor and outdoor hot tub and a gym. There's nothing better than taking a relaxing dip after work -- except bragging about it to your friends! Plus my unit had its own washer/dryer and there's plenty of parking in the gated garage. It's almost impossible to find a building that offers all this on Capitol Hill. For those reasons alone there was no way I could pass up living here! But that's not all The Avanti has to offer. It's in an amazing location! When you turn the corner on Pike, you're right at the convention center, Gold's Gym, The Cheesecake Factory and Meridian 16 movie theater. A couple more blocks and you're in the middle of downtown's shopping district. If you turn the other corner, you're right in the middle of the bars and clubs of Capitol Hill. The staff at The Avanti is WAY more than accommodating. I couldn't believe the amount of service they provide! The manager's office is on site and always open during business hours. If you have a problem, there's no leaving a message and wondering when they'll get back to you. They're right there and available to talk to face to face. It's SO helpful and stress relieving! Plus they keep the building impeccably clean and nice smelling. The only bad thing I have to say about The Avanti is the traffic noise. My unit looks down on Boren Ave, which is a really busy and noisy street during peak hours. It's quiet at night, but you get more-than-the-occasional blaring ambulance since the hospitals are a few blocks away. But it's in the middle of the city, so I wasn't expecting silence. I've lived here 2 full years and I don't regret a day!
