The apartments given the impression that they care about their tenants. Soon after you move in you realize that management changes frequently and they charge way too much for what you get. You end up paying a very high water bill (that includes paying for the pool and sprinklers). They always raise your rent when your lease is up and yet they have nothing to show for why they always raise the rents. Although they are the nicest apartments in White Center (which is the most crime ridden area - check the King Co. police stats) you can get a much better deal in a nice area. Bottom line if you are desperate and don't care about where your money goes then the Avenues is the place for you!

I too am a resident of the avenues and I agree I am out as soon as my lease is up, Me and my husband dont feel safe.
